Conference Venue



The conference site at University College Dublin's Belfield Campus is located 4 km south of Dublin Centre (Dublin 4), and is easily accessible by bus both from the City Centre and directly from the Airport.

The conference will be held in UCD Clinton Institute and the Newman – Arts Building.   The UCD Clinton Institute is number 50 HK1 grid reference B10 the Newman Building (Arts Building) is Number 39 grid reference D8 on UCD Belfield campus map (pdf).

Food on Campus


Details of places to eat on campus are listed below and can be located on the UCD Campus Map

Participants are advised to sign up for the lunch on Sunday March 11 as campus restaurants are closed on Sundays.

There are a number of snack bars available on the campus, they include:
Insomnia Café - in the Quinn School of business facing the conference venue, serves good soup, sandwiches and deserts 
The Arts Café - in John Henry Newman Building -  sandwiches and snacks
Café Sport - in the Sports Centre - hot food available
The Main Campus Self-Service Restaurant, located over two floors, serves hot and cold lunch and dinners and by Dublin standards is reasonably priced.

Computer Facilities


Computer workstations are available on the concourse of the Newman Building
